Peanuts are part of the legume family! I am such a peanut butter lover, so I was amazed to learn this little bit of information today.
Did you also know that Peanut is one of the MANY nicknames we have for Pige? Don't you wonder what our nickname for YOU is?? Just kidding!

And yes, I know that peanuts are lagumes. I learned that from my father, who used to pick them during the depression. And that is a cute nickname for Pige. Does she like peanut butter?
