Survival of the Fittest

Pige is a (very) domesticated pet. She sleeps indoors, wears a collar, always has food to eat and loves belly rubs. But if for some reason she were left out in the wilderness to fend for herself I know she would do just fine. I recently took some pictures of her markings that act as a protective defense mechanism.

These brown markings above her eyes make it look like she is always awake even if she is asleep.

And these black markings on her toes make her claws look ferociously long.

May she always enjoy the comfort of her loving, cozy home, and never have to endure the harsh "wilderness"...except in her own back yard, of course! :)
